OUR SERVICES IN Casa Fátima

Casa Fátima is a rural holiday home for exclusive use, designed to be enjoyed with family or friends. Its complex of traditional houses, garden, terraces and private swimming pool offers privacy, tranquillity and magnificent mountain views.

Situated in the municipality of Órgiva, very close to Soportújar, it features five bedrooms, three bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room and various outdoor areas. It can accommodate groups of 6 to 8 people, with a minimum stay of three nights.

Our 6 x 4 m swimming pool is open from 1 May to 30 October. It is fenced off to protect our youngest guests.

We have information about activities, trekking and hiking in the Alpujarra and Sierra Nevada (among others, routes to the Mulhacén).

PET POLICY AT CASA FÁTIMA

Pets are welcome at Casa Fátima at no additional charge. The person responsible for the booking will be liable for any damage caused by their pet.

Pets may not be left alone at the property. Owners must bring their pet’s own bed and food and water bowls, collect any waste and keep all indoor and outdoor areas clean.

The property’s bed linen, blankets and towels may not be used for pets. Pets must also have an up-to-date health and vaccination record.

BOOKING CONDITIONS

REFUNDABLE RATE

• The client can cancel the reservation free of charge up to 7 days before the date of arrival.
• The client will have to pay 50% of the total price at the time of booking.
• During the 7 days prior to arrival you will have to pay the rest of the amount.
• In case of a demonstrable serious matter, a DATE CHANGE will ALWAYS be offered..


NON-REFUNDABLE RATE

• The client will have to pay the total price of the reservation at the time of booking.
• This rate does not offer a refund of the amount paid for the reservation.
• In the event of a demonstrable serious matter, a change of date will ALWAYS be offered.
